I rate the house as standard. Cottage for up to 4 people. It probably won't come in any more. In the attic of the house there is a double mattress and two single beds. Quite a low room. On hot days, people go to smoke. An ill-thought-out issue of opening a window that is almost entirely blocked by the mattress. The windows downstairs do not open, which causes ventilation problems. There are no mosquito nets on the windows... and there are a few mosquitoes. There is no wardrobe for clothes in the house, only a small chest of drawers downstairs and a pipe with hangers in the attic. The rest in the suitcases... There is no dryer for wet towels in the cottage. Everything is laid out on benches, chairs, etc. The kitchen is relatively well-equipped, but the lack of a microwave is sometimes a problem, e.g. for people with small children. The bathroom is clean, hot water available all the time. I recommend taking toilet paper because we had a leftover roll. No towels. There is no television, the internet from the facility did not work in the cottage. Around by The surroundings are a bit too overgrown for me. There is no trampoline as shown in the photos, table football is not really usable. There are no other attractions. The playground is a bit run down. Clean lake, nice pier. There are bicycles and kayaks. Not far away (approx. 1 km) there is a well-equipped shop. Also not far from the beach, on the field there is a bar with beer and fries and next to it there is a "restaurant" with average pizza. To the owners: such opinions are to motivate you to further development. All the more so because when you pay over PLN 400 per day, you can't ask for anything. Regards

Warning: this will be a very long opinion. Let's start with the fact that it is not Dominican Kołobrzeg. It is a tiny town surrounded by two lakes, so it is a place to rest and there are foldable deckchairs and swings throughout the entire center for rest and relaxation. For children, there is a playground or a relaxation area with table football, a swing and a sofa in the open air. Large parking lot. The parking lot smells of sewage because there is a septic tank there, but really, where should you put the septic tank if not in the parking lot, in the house? The center is quiet and peaceful. The cottages are close to each other. This is not a place to visit, just a beach-rest-beach Let's start with the house. In the house, we joined the beds and slept 4 people, although it could easily fit a few more people, and there is a fold-out sofa downstairs so 1-2 people can sleep there. The perfect grill stove. Big minus: no internet!!!!!! We received the Wi-Fi password from the lady, but the Internet does not work. The cooker doesn't work, I mean it works but very poorly. Lots of houses, lots of new people to meet, great opportunities to make new friends. I was thinking about 4-5. Great place, we will definitely come back ♥️🥰😘 PS Great place, perfect for rest

The houses are ok, there are a few things that leave to be desired, such as crumbling tiles on the bathroom floor, or mattresses with creases (sleep on them is almost impossible), the service is only on the day of arrival, on the day of departure no. The place is charming, but you can see the people are tired and the houses are worn out. The lake is very nice and there are few people. If someone is looking for a place with peace and quiet, they will be satisfied, this is exactly the place we were looking for. I rate the standard of the house as 3+, the lake and surroundings as 5+ :)

Stay 1-3/09. The houses are clean, tastefully decorated, the resort is well-kept. The center's administration is first class. The cottage is booked well in advance. Conditions of stay presented in a clear and legible way. Forest and lake within reach. If someone is looking for contact with nature, Jelonkowo is the right place. A great place to spend a nice time. The houses are nice and well-kept, fully equipped with deckchairs and a grill in front of the houses. There is a playground where children can have a nice time. A really atmospheric place. A lake with very clean water :) The owners are very nice. We will definitely come back for a few days. All the best 👍
